Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://samanthaservices.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Basement Finishing, Deck Building, Wood Fence Installation, Commercial Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Demolition Services provided by Samantha Services LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Samantha Services LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Samantha Services LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Samantha Services LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Samantha Services LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Samantha Services LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MO, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MO.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
